In 2003, Kathy Lambert, Owner & CEO, opened Broadmoor Property Management with the goal of providing a more personal and custom-tailored service to individual and group investors by meeting their needs that some larger companies are unable to provide. As a result of achieving this goal, our company has successfully grown from managing a small portfolio of 3 homeowner’s associations and 1 apartment complex to over 1100 units across the Memphis, TN area. We have expanded our services from strictly property management to include a sales & marketing department; while continuing to meet and exceed our main goal of providing our investors and tenants the most personable and professional service possible.
